Do you work with nurses who haven't arrived abroad yet?

Yes. Our pre-departure programs prepare nurses in the Philippines, Nigeria, and India for interviews, ward communication, and the family transition — before the plane even takes off.

Can my spouse or children join a program too?

Absolutely. The Spouse Conversation Circle and Kids' English & Belonging Club (ages 8–14) can be added to any nurse program or joined on their own.

We're a hospital or staffing agency. Do you offer group programs?

Yes. We deliver 8–12 week live online onboarding cohorts, plus family-support add-ons positioned as retention benefits. Use the form above to request a proposal.

Is there a faith-integrated option?

Yes. An optional faith track is available across our family offers, in Darlene's pastoral voice, for households who want it.
